Russia pulls the cable to the occupied Donbas and building a substation is the coordinator of the blockade
Russia is building power lines, substations and other energy infrastructure in order to provide electricity to the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
It on a press-conferences in Kiev reported the former commander of the battalion “Donbass”, one of the coordinators of the trade embargo with the occupiers Anatoly Vinogrodsky, UNIAN reports.

“According to our intelligence, from Russia to the occupied territory of the Luhansk region are the cable and build the substation. That is, they are going to connect the occupied part of the Luhansk region from Russia”, — he said.
In addition, Vinogrodsky added that, according to him, Russia intends to stop coal supplies to the Luhansk TPP.
“Coal supplies to the Luhansk TPP will be stopped, or will it be used for political pressure on Ukraine,” he said.
