Chaly said that Artemenko was not authorized to submit alternative peace plan from Ukraine
Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States Valeriy Chaly said that the Ukrainian people’s Deputy Andrey Artemenko “is not authorized to provide any alternative peace plan on behalf of Ukraine, any foreign government, including the US administration”.
