Poroshenko has appointed Ambassador to Belarus
The head of state Petro Poroshenko appointed Igor Kizima, the Ambassador of Ukraine in Belarus.
This is stated in his decree.
We will remind, in may 2015, Poroshenko was dismissed from this post by Mikhail Yezhel, appointed by the President-the fugitive Victor Yanukovych.
Kizim was born in 1961 in Kharkov. In 1987 graduated from the Kiev state University. T. G. Shevchenko, faculty of international relations and international law. Speaks English, French and Russian languages. Worked in various diplomatic posts, particularly in countries such as France, Nigeria, Canada.
