Kuchma told how Russia uses the blockade of Donbass
Blockade of Donbass is helping Russiaand Ukraine – harm.
This was stated by the representative of Ukraine in the tripartite contact group on settlement of the situation in the Donbas, second Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, reports “Interfax-Ukraine”.
According to him, Russia uses the situation to convince the people that live in the Donbass, to take their side. They say, “even a decision on passports is also connected with the blockade if Ukraine does not, then we (Russia – ed.) will go to meet them”.
According to Kuchma, Ukraine has to solve problems at the level of Parliament, government and President and have to do it urgently.

Recall that in the so-called “LNR” and “DNR” demand from Kiev to the beginning of the spring to withdraw the transport blockade of Donbass. Otherwise, the militants threatened to take control of the enterprises which are under the Ukrainian jurisdiction.
