“Echo of the case Nasirov”: Marushevska is suspected of causing the state losses of almost 7 million UAH
The former head of the Odessa customs Yulia Marushevska has published on his page in Facebook one of the decisions of Pechersky court of Kiev, which carried out searches at her apartment.
According to Marushevskaya, such a ruling would hold the people who came to her with the searches. The reason for the search steel allegedly caused the state losses amount to 6.92 million.

Marushevskaya published in the document stating that it is now the main investigation Department of the Prosecutor General of pre-trial investigation of offences.
“Those orders for which the us then blamed “professionals” that they simply duplicate the norms of the customs code. It is those orders, which took customs officials an opportunity to decide at its own discretion how much is your product and thus greatly restricted the field to extort bribes. So, these instructions have already been recognized by the court as legitimate,” — said Marushevska, appealing to his previous statement on the recognition of orders is lawful.
