The Solomensky court of Kiev has rejected the petition of lawyers of the suspect in the theft of the head of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov him in carrying out is judicial-medical examination.
The decision was read by judge Alexander bobrivnyk writes “Еспресо.TV”.
As noted, the protection Nasirov has not provided any evidence of the need for such examination.
In turn lawyers of the head of state stressed that the examination is needed in order to confirm the legitimacy of subsequent decisions in relation to Nasirov, which is still discharged from the hospital patients, according to his state of health.
