Holodnitsky gave the court new documents on Nasirova to strengthen the position of the prosecution
The head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Golodnitsky handed over additional documents to strengthen the position in court against suspended Chairman of the State fiscal service of the Roman Nasirov.

“I provided the prosecution with certain documents that will strengthen the position of the Prosecutor’s office when electing the measure of restraint by the court. I hope that the court will take them into account,” he said.
On a question of journalists, what documents he handed over, Holodnitsky said, “Come to court, it’ll be fun”.
Holodnitsky stressed that SAP has no objection to watching the video of the arrest Nasirova.
“Nothing to hide. If the court wants to see is his right. If the court decided to reconsider, let it be so,” he added.
