The GPU has United all criminal proceedings against Ivanyushchenko and are still investigating
The Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine United all criminal proceedings in which the suspect is a former people’s Deputy of regions Yury Ivanyushchenko, and continues pre-trial investigation.

Ivanyushchenko is a defendant in two cases. He is suspected of embezzling state 177 million UAH during the conclusion of contracts between the SE “state ecoinvestment” and OOO “Compatibilist” and receiving improper benefits in the amount of about 650 million UAH. The notice of suspicion in this case it was announced in December 2014.

“In this case we are talking about the theft of the Kyoto money allocated for the overhaul of the 38 social sector facilities in Luhansk region, i.e. in the settlements on the territory of which public authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers. Therefore, it is possible to carry out the necessary proceedings, including examinations, for the completion of the investigation of criminal proceedings on this fact”, – stated in the message of the GPU.
The second case involves extortion by a group of individuals share in the authorized Fund of OOO “wholesale trade”, that caused material damages to the victims on a large scale, and organization of the signing of falsified document. Simply put – raider capture of the enterprise.
During the investigation of the criminal proceedings Ivanyushchenko and his two accomplices were declared suspicion in September of last year. 7 Oct 2015 the former regions in this production was declared wanted.
