The foreign Ministry hopes for solution of the Russian Federation in the Hague in two months
The UN international court will announce its decision on the claim of Ukraine against Russia after a maximum of two months. It is hoped the speaker of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Marian Betz, the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.
According to her, such decisions promptly and should be made mandatory. The hearing touched on one aspect – the introduction of temporary measures against the Russian Federation to protect the civilian population and the deterioration of the situation. Performances of Russia, in her words, were predictable, but Ukraine in court were very good.

The Prosecutor of the International criminal court, Fatou Bensouda, in its report on the previous investigation of the Ukrainian admitted that the “situation on the territory of Crimea and Sevastopol, equivalent to the international armed conflict between Ukraine and the Russian Federation”.
Immediately after that Russia has refused from participation in the Rome Statute of the International criminal court. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the corresponding decree.
The international criminal court has not justified the hopes assigned to him, safelimit Russia over Moscow’s refusal from participation in the Rome Statute. “Unfortunately, the Court did not justify the hopes assigned to him and did not do an independent, authoritative body of international justice”, – said Russian diplomats.
