There are details of the death of the boy in the Donbass, which confused the grenade lighter
In the Donetsk region two children found on the street the subject similar to a grenade.
One of the boys, 12-year-old Nazar, thought it was lighter, but the object was a grenade that exploded in his hands, reports the press service of the national police of the Donetsk region. A friend of the victim, 10-year-old Dima, I realized that it was a grenade and tried to convince the guy not to touch him, but he didn’t listen.

“He began to spin it, looked inside. Spun. He thought it was a lighter and I told told him that it was a grenade. He still thought it was lighter, like pulling the pin to see the fire. I turned away and quickly left. And he’s got a grenade exploded in his hands, I was stunned, I ran home,” said a friend of the deceased.
From severe injuries the child died on the spot. His house waiting for 11-year-old brother and mother, which alone brings up two sons.
“I called mom from the PTA and said that something had happened, I immediately ran. And when I saw the sole, I immediately realized that it was my child laying there,” says the woman.
Upon the death of the child the criminal proceedings with preliminary qualification under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine marked an accident. Checking the circumstances of the death of the child continues.
