Klitschko urged to dismiss and punish according to the law of security guards who beat up a boy at the supermarket
The guards of the capital supermarket “Megamarket”, who beat minors, should be held criminally responsible.
This was stated by the head of Kyiv city state administration Volodymyr Bondarenko.
“From the information available it is clear that the guards simply failed to comply, and grossly violated the requirements of the law. No threat 15-year-old boy had no idea. And as a lawyer and as a public servant, and as a father I can not respond. I’m really sorry that such incidents are taking place in the capital. Moreover, clearly understand that only the resonance, only our reaction can prevent such situations in the future. Those who used force to 15-year-old boy should not just be dismissed, and to bear the corresponding criminal punishment,” he said.
According to Bondarenko, the city has asked the National police for proper investigation of the beating of 15-year-old in the “Megastore”.
