Recall, February 10, during the visit of Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman in Brussels became aware of the fact that the second tranche will allocate.
Then the President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker at a press conference said that the EU is ready to allocate the second tranche, in the hope that the government and Parliament of Ukraine will be able to fulfill a key condition to lift the ban on the export of roundwood, introduced in 2015 for a period of 10 years.
