“The Kremlin has long cultivated in the former Soviet Union the view that NATO is a very aggressive unit, which is in a just war. But it is Russia that has military bases on the territories of Moldova, Georgia, and now Ukraine – without the consent of their governments. We believe that dialogue can debunk such myths and fakes, especially when they are used as a weapon in a hybrid war”, – says head of NATO in Ukraine Alexander Vinnikov.

“Our bilateral relations are important, our movement in NATO – this is not a movement against Russia. It is our choice and our partners must not only take into account the interests of Moscow”, – said the first Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Commissioner for the peaceful settlement of the conflict in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions Irina Gerashchenko.
