Gontareva resigned – media
The head of the National Bank of Ukraine Valeria Gontareva was filed by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko a letter of resignation.

The national Bank and the presidential administration has not yet commented on this information. However, the NBU at 11:00 announced a press conference of the head and members of the Board of the national Bank, subject in the institution not specified.
Gontareva has previously confirmed his intention to leave the post of head of the NBU. In particular, it announced the planned resignation of activists from the “National body” (“Azov”), who came to her house and demanded to ban the work of Russian banks in Ukraine.
