Ukraine has evidence of Russia financing terrorism in the Donbas – mirror
The international court of justice decided under the Convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination in full in favor of Ukraine.
This was stated by the head of the Ukrainian delegation, Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Elena serkal, reports “5 channel”.
According to her, Ukraine has additional evidence to the International court of justice on the financing of Russian terrorism in the Donbas.
In particular, the question of the leader, what other evidence should lead the Ukrainian side, that was enough for the judges, serkal said: “We understand it very well. And now focus their attention on those issues that are associated with all the statements about which I spoke, and with reference to the behaviour of the leaders of “LNR/DNR” and their statements to the intimidation of the population”.

According to the mirror, the Ukrainian side has many facts, which were applied to the Ukrainians in 2014-2015.
“We have a lot of facts that we collected during 2014-2015, when it started about those tortures which were applied to the Ukrainians there, what happened, this affected overall moral atmosphere in those regions that are affected by this conflict.”
The mirror also added that it is not necessary to forget that the court decided under the Convention on the elimination of all forms of racial discrimination in full in favor of Ukraine.
“So on the one hand, the court upheld our legal position, and on the other did not step so as not to irritate the other side,” – said zerkal.
We will remind, on April 19 the international court of justice in the Hague rejected the request of Ukraine on preliminary measures against Russia regarding violations of the International Convention for the suppression of the financing of terrorism. However, the court agreed to introduce preventive measures against the Russian Federation for the protection of national minorities in the Crimea at the suit of Ukraine.
