The report of the OSCE mission: increase the number of explosions and the appearance of the enemy “Grad” in the Donbass

“Along the lines of the challenge, however, outside the allocated storage space outside government control areas, 6 February observers saw 10 tanks (T-72) near the settlement of Thorns (57 km on East from Lugansk), 2 tanks (T-64 and T-72) close to the Peace, 2 tanks (T-64) near the settlement of Uspenka (23 km South-West from Luhansk) and 3 tanks (T-64) near the settlement Kruglik (31 km South-West of Lugansk)”, – the report says.
