A few days in the capital have discovered more than fifty cases.
In Kiev recorded outbreak of measles.
This was stated by the acting Director of the laboratory center of the Ministry of health Sergey Chumak.
“In may, as of may 07 registered 177 cases of measles, including among children – 50. And from 5 to 6 may have recorded 60 cases of measles”, he said.
According to chumaka, in may, three cases of measles found in a residential building in the Shevchenko district, five in women’s psychosomatic ward No. 24, “Psychiatry”, Podolsk district, and three cases among the workers of JSC “Pharmaceutical firm “Darnitsa”.
In addition, on may 6, has recorded four cases among students of specialized school №200 in Svyatoshinsky district.
Recall that in Ukraine for three months with measles is sick man 9091 – 3270 5821 adults and a child. From complications caused by the disease, died five children and two adults.
Earlier it was reported that due to the outbreak of measles at the quarantine, shut down a children’s hospital in Kharkov. The doctors found among patients several patients with symptoms similar to measles.
