To resign Zhurzhiy can only when by a vote of his colleagues. And they are all now on summer vacation and will be back to work in the session hall in the autumn.
In a statement Georgia to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andrei Parubiy, he pointed out that “on the eve of elections in Parliament suffered a setback in implemented reforms.” He therefore sees no reason to be in Parliament, which suspended work on the implementation of key economic reforms – the introduction of a tax on exported capital, the elimination of the tax police, economic departments of the SBU and Ukraine.

Zhurzhiy is a member of the Board of Association of lawyers of Ukraine, member of the Public Council of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Ukrainian Association of investment business.
