Company UNL declares that it is ready to cooperate not only with law enforcement, but also with other participants of the lottery market in the identification and termination of all institutions, conducting illegal gambling activities and damaging legitimate operators of lotteries.

“In connection with the emergence of a number of publications in mass-media that representatives of MSL recorded illegal activities in institutions for the spread of lotteries and started to combat such illegal activities, the company States the following UNL. We welcome such actions and satisfied that we had an ally in efforts to combat illegal gaming venues. Throughout our activity we have made every effort to combat illegal facilities that operate in violation of law and illegally use trademarks, names, symbols, design of UNL and Raffles going on”, – stated in the message.
It reminds UNL carrying out illegal activities under the guise of lotteries, as in ground points of distribution and in the Internet, causing significant damage to the state budget of Ukraine, and the players and the image of the companies that operate legally.
“The company has repeatedly said UNL will continue to adhere to its position that the common goal for all participants of the lottery market in Ukraine should be transparent and accountable lottery business according to European standards”, – is told in the message.
As reported, today the operators of lotteries in Ukraine are forced to work on the basis of the transitional provisions of the law on state lotteries in Ukraine and can’t get a license, because the Cabinet still did not accept the license conditions of carrying out of lotteries.
“The lottery market of Ukraine needs attraction of investments, implementation and development of new lottery platforms, the introduction of new mechanisms of control and accountability for public authorities. To begin with, in order to approve the license conditions, changes in legislation, if necessary, and to issue licenses to operators. And then the market situation will qualitatively change. To date, the draft licensing conditions is located in the Cabinet and is awaiting review. I want to note that our company is ready to fulfill all the conditions for obtaining a license and to start implementation of its development strategy,” – said in an interview with the General Director of the UNL Andrei Bochkov.
