The case against the head of Board of Naftogaz needs to close.

Podolsky district court of Kyiv reversed the decision of the Energy customs office of the SFS in the fine Chairman of the Board NAK “Naftogaz Ukraine” Andrew Kobolyev at 7 billion hryvnias.

The relevant decision of 23 July was made public on the website of the Unified state register Thursday, July 26.

“To cancel the decision of the chief of the Energy customs office of the SFS Pikovsky I. As noted, the court found no violations in the actions KOBOLEV and recognized the decision of Energotamir illegal, ruling to close the case against the head of Board of “Naftogaz”.

Now Energoremont may appeal the court’s decision.
