Natalie Burtina is a nurse in the dental clinic in the city Mooroopna, reports the Metro.co.uk.
The woman says she started to gain weight when 20 years old became pregnant with her son.
“I was ashamed. I didn’t want to look at myself in the mirror. It made me feel really bad,” she recalls.
After pregnancy in 2013, her weight has gotten “out of control”.
Her son Leighton was diagnosed with autism, so Natalie had all my free time to devote to his son, which is why she was neglecting their sleep, diet and health.

In addition, she broke up with her boyfriend when Leighton was born, so I had to adjust to the fact that she is one.
In the end, she realized that she must change yourself to keep up with her energetic little boy.
In early 2015 she decided to change her lifestyle – she began to eat and drink carbonated water. Later, Natalie began to attend a gym.
She started to eat only fruits, vegetables and meat – all organic matter. After 18 months, she lost almost 60 pounds and reached my current weight of 75 kg. Now her body became a motivation for all moms who struggle with excess weight.
“Just start with something. It will make you feel much better,” added Natalie.
According to her, when she has difficult days – it just goes to the gym.
