“The Ukrainian side has rigidly raised the question about the failure of the framework decision on the dilution of forces and means from the astronomical clock, particularly in the area of Stanytsia Luhanska, as well as violation of the regime of silence and commitments under the Minsk agreements from ORDO”, – she wrote.
Ukraine also insists on continuous monitoring of the breeding troops by OSCE observers.
Separately, Kiev raised the issue of the release of the hostages. “We appealed to the Russian side demanding the release of Ukrainian journalist Roman Sushchenko,” said Daria olifer.
