The Minister was awarded the military on the eve of their holiday.
The armed forces of Ukraine have already started to celebrate their professional holiday – Day of defender of the Fatherland. The celebration was held at the Minsk House of officers, according to a story TSN.19:30.
The best soldiers were awarded and the next rank. Over the past three years in the Armed forces of Ukraine have served more than 200 thousand mobilized and tens of thousands of volunteers. According to official data, more than 2 thousand military have died defending Ukraine from the aggressor. Their memory observed a minute of silence.
Despite the difficulties, the Ukrainian army is rebuilt and reformed, and assures command. “We learned how to fight. I am proud that we managed to stop the enemy where he now is. Army rebuilds. One of the main tasks – to reform. We have a clear plan, we have the power of the spirit, and it needs Ukraine”, – said the Minister of defence Stepan Poltorak.
