Enterprises of housing and communal services will be able to restructure their debts for gas and electricity, and will be eligible for a partial cancellation penalties for late payments. True, this happens after the full enactment of the law. Today, October 20, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the first reading.
Restructurizer debts for five years. This was stated in Parliament presenting the bill, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of regional development, construction and housing and communal services Gennady Zubko, reports UNIAN.

The bill provides for the restructuring of such debts: accounts payable to district heating and heat generating organizations to the natural gas supplier for natural gas used to produce thermal energy, services in centralized heating and supply of hot water and payables of the enterprises of centralized water supply and drainage system to suppliers of electric energy.
We will remind, earlier the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has vetoed the “communal” law. However, the document provided for the establishment of a moratorium on the collection of fines, penalties or interest in connection with the debt Teplokommunenergo for gas and for electricity utilities.
