Rodion Shovkoshitny was one of the first volunteers, which formed the so-called mobile groups in the area of the ATO to counteract smuggling. A group of Rodion worked primarily in the Donetsk region. He is charged with facilitating the smuggling of fuel on the sea of Azov with the late terrorist Evgeny Zhilin. “According to information which was against Zilina in Ukraine, of course, I knew that he was engaged in diverse economic transactions. But what and with whom – I didn’t know that” – says the militiaman.
