Unions do not understand where the industry will come so much money.
Insurance model of state guaranteed medical services in Ukraine , the government promises to introduce next year. While the changes will affect only the primary medicine, and only later, gradually, health insurance must be entered for other categories of doctors, according to a story TSN.19:30.
Deputy Minister Pavlo Kovtonyuk explains that the money for the insurance will be taken out of the total of the taxes paid by every citizen. The policy will be required, but the client will have the right to choose a family doctor, internist or even a pediatrician. The contract between the physician and patient will be the basis for the remuneration of the doctor – 210 UAH per person a year. However, limitations – no more than 2 thousand patients per professional.

However, such modest innovations cause a lot of skepticism among the trade unions there just don’t understand where the state will take the necessary on insurance premiums means. “About 84 billion just for the salary. The total amount of financing of the health care system approximately $ 50 billion. That is now less than the salary of only three categories of doctors? Where is the money to take?”, – asks the representative of the trade Union of health workers of Ukraine Galina Goleusova.
Ukrainians are mentally prepared to pay now. The queues to the doctors only talk about the cost of tests and medical services. Although formally all the supposedly free, in reality the money has to pay sometimes even the beneficiaries. Most don’t mind that it was done officially, but the answer should be honest and quality service. “I to pay some money, but then to not have any problems. So it wasn’t cheating, as always. So when you get to the hospital you will serve. Because now it is for the people’s money,” said one of the patients.
