Who did not – criminal liability. NACP will not extend the terms of e-Declaration

Electronic income Declaration filed more than 52 thousand Ukrainian officials. Only yesterday, October 26, on the website of the National Agency for prevention of corruption have downloaded more than 12 million returns. Due to the fact that officials have postponed the filing of documents in the last days, the system just hung and the site is not working.
Today, October 27, NACP gathered for an emergency meetingto discuss the causes of technical failures in the system and how to fix them. The head of the Agency Natalia Korchak said that the deadline for filing e-returns – Oct 30 – move will not.

“To complete the submission of the Declaration remained four days and four nights. The subject of our discussion is the question of the postponement of the submission of the Declaration”, – said Korczak, quoted by “European truth”.
At the same time the representatives of state Enterprise of special communication guarantee that the information will be stored and protected 100%.
Recall, for late submission of e-Declaration, officials could face criminal liability.

The deadline for the submission of declarations expires in four days. So officials took massively to fill in the documents, and the system hung.
