Terrorists are ready to exchange.
Militants “DNR” insist on the formula of exchange of prisoners “all for all”.
This was stated by the “Commissioner for human rights in DND” Daria Morozova, writes “TASS”.
“We are ready to exchange prisoners in the format prescribed in the complex of measures on implementation of Minsk agreements. Namely, according to the formula “all for all”, she said.
