They are threatened by punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from 7 till 12 years with confiscation of property.
Detectives of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine in coordination with the prosecutors of the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor’s office on 8 November sent to court the indictment against Sergei Pereloma and Nicholas nobody shchurikov.
They are accused of misappropriation and embezzlement of property or taking to them by abuse of official position in especially large sizes, said in a statement posted on the official website of NABU on 9 November.

We will remind, Sergey Fracture, first Deputy Chairman of the Board NAK “Naftogaz Ukraine” and Nicholas nobody shchurikov, first Deputy Chairman of the IPF, is suspected of embezzlement of state enterprise “Odessa port plant” during the period from may to December 2015.
According to investigators, the suspects organized a scheme to withdraw funds through procurement at inflated prices of natural gas for the needs of the plant, what caused the state losses of more than 205 million. The investigation of the relevant criminal proceedings NABOO in the beginning of the end of December 2015.
It is noted that the suspects are familiarized with the investigation materials together with the indictment submitted to the court. If the fault accused is proved in court, they could face a penalty of imprisonment for a term from 7 till 12 years with confiscation of property and deprivation of the right to hold certain posts or practice certain activities for up to 3 years.

We will note, the decision of Appellate court of Kiev Sergey Pereloma was suspended from his duties in the “Naftogaz” from 12 to 14 September. And on September 15 he returned to the performance of their duties. This was reported by the press service of the company.
