The accomplices of the militants had been collecting data for sabotage and attacks on positions of the APU
The security service of Ukraine exposed and dismantled a spy network of terrorists which was operating in the Donbas.
About it reports a press-service of law enforcement agencies.
The criminals acted in Kurakhovo, Krasnogorovka and Marinka. On the instructions of militants “DNR” they gathered information on the composition, weapons and the movement of Ukrainian subdivisions in the ATO area. The data they transferred via mobile communications or the Internet, using measures of conspiracy.

“The information gathered was used by terrorists for acts of sabotage and attacks on positions of the APU,” – said in the message.
Also, the accomplices of the militants spread in social networks the materials of anti-Ukrainian orientation of calls for the split of Ukraine. According to the SBU, they were prepared by Russian special services.
Ukrainian law enforcers detained five accomplices of the terrorists in their places of residence.
“During a search of the premises police seized the telephone terminals and cards, which passed the information to militants, and computer equipment with evidence of illegal activity”, – added in SBU.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 110 and part 1 of article 258-3 of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
Also Sbushniki posted a video from the interrogation of two detainees. In it, they talk about their cooperation with militants.
We will remind, earlier the SBU detained in the Luhansk region sapper one of the “Cossack” terrorist gangs “LNR”. The gunman said that the preparation and coordination of its units carried out military personnel of the Russian Federation, and his responsibilities, in particular, included providing covert approach and sabotage groups of the Ukrainian checkpoints.
