The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has a Villa in the South of Spain, but he did not indicate it in your e-Declaration.

This is stated in the investigation of the program “Schemes”, a joint project of “Radio Liberty” and channel “UA:the First”.

The house is decorated not personally to the Ukrainian President, and one of his companies called Feruvita SL, which is in his Declaration. The estate is located in the small town of Atalaya-Isdabe, and all the locals will not hesitate to show you where to find the Villa of the Ukrainian President.

“He’s coming, two days here and coming. He’s resting a day or two. Not that week or month – no. After all, he’s very busy,” says an elderly resident of the town, whose running the same gardener as that of Poroshenko.

According to journalists of “Schemes”, the Villa was built in 1993. This two-storey house with 1254 square meters in the Mediterranean architectural style with a swimming pool. The 26 acres of land.

Firm Poroshenko purchased the estate in the summer of 2008. The President then chaired the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine and was included into the twenty of the richest Ukrainians as co-owner of Corporation “Roshen” and “Ukrprominvest”.

The financial statements of the company President indicated that the property is valued at € 4 million. Currently about 120 million.

In the Administration of the President of Ukraine in response to the request of journalists has told that the enterprises, where Poroshenko is the ultimate beneficiary have a property abroad (factories, shops, warehouses, administrative buildings, houses).

“All this is in the form of legal entities specified in the Declaration according to the Law “On prevention of corruption”, – said in the letter.

At the same time in the office Poroshenko left unanswered the question of how often he attended his Spanish Villa in 2015 (the year of the Declaration) and when there was last time.

Note that not only Poroshenko has a house in Spain, but his business and political partners. So, the Spanish company Lancashire Big SL declared by the Deputy Igor Kononenko, owns 26 acres of land right on the coast of the Mediterranean sea. Earlier this land was a house, but then it was demolished and a new one built.

Another declared the Spanish firm Kononenko Treck Holdings Coast decorated mansion, which stands two miles from the land. The house has an area of 768 square meters and located in the second line from the sea. From here to the residence of the Spanish Poroshenko – 25 minutes by car.

“Yes, I belong to really have an impressive list of assets (more than hundred units). However, in accordance with the provisions of the law of Ukraine “On prevention of corruption”, I don’t have to declare the property, which belongs to these companies. In particular, the format of the Declaration can not do it,” – told Kononenko reporters.

Property in Spain has another business partner Poroshenko and the Deputy Secretary of Council of national security and defense Oleg Gladkovsky. At his wife’s firm Toulousse Investments SL decorated Villa on a 1729 square meters, located in a very prestigious area of La Zagaleta. The Villa has three floors. There are almost a hectare of land, it also owns the wife Gladkovsky.

It is worth noting that Spanish property Poroshenko and his friends administered by one and the same person – Petrovskaya Irina. She was in the village Hodoseevka near Kiev, but neighbors of the woman say that she has gone to Spain.
