This year all the change agents in 14 cities of Ukraine for the first time had a chance to realize their own fantasies – at the expense of municipal budgets. For example, in Kiev it allocate 50 million UAH, Lviv – 16 million UAH in Chernivtsi – UAH 7 mln. In the capital one project can receive up to UAH 1 million. To determine the winners will be the citizens themselves – on the Internet or in the city Council, personally.
