In Ukraine rent a one bedroom apartment is 1.6-7.1 thousand.
Rising prices for rental housing in Ukraine in November almost stopped after the August-September traditional “student” jump. Also the rising cost of rent keep high prices for communal services – people simply can not pay, so the owners of housing “freeze” their appetites.
Experts predict that rents will start to grow when Ukraine will come to a promised economic and salary growth. Also currently reduced the number of applicants for housing, but proposals are on the market. About it writes “Today”.

In recent years, the rent of apartments rose in almost all major cities. While most of the transactions, as realtors say, is segment of affordable housing – the Ukrainians are trying to rent a Studio apartment close to public transport and is much less likely to agree to stop at two bedroom apartments because of the high tariffs for heating.
In smaller regional centers rent one-bedroom apartment is 1.6-3 thousand UAH. In the cities the prices start from 4-7 thousand UAH.
Note that during the fall of rental prices of housing in Ukraine increased by 10-15%, and YTD – 25%.
