The representative of the Russian foreign Ministry believes that Kyiv stirs up tensions between countries.
Official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova called announced Ukraine shooting exercises near the occupied Crimea a provocation aimed at the rigid reaction of the Russian side.
According to controversial Russian official, the Ukrainian government is trying to strengthen the escalation of relations between the two countries.

Zakharov added that the Ukrainian side allegedly hoped “to wait for a strong reaction from Russia” and thus keep “US as chief patron” after the election U.S. President Republican Donald trump.
