The actions of the MP sees signs of treason.
The security service of Ukraine has published part of the correspondence of the lawyer of the people’s Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko – Andrei Tsygankov.
“In accordance with article 39 (urgency) of the Criminal code of Ukraine, the SBU considers it necessary to publish some fragments texting with Andrei Tsygankov, a lawyer Onishchenko, D. citizen”, – is spoken in the SBU message.

In their reports, the interlocutors wrote about Onishchenko, getting them Russian passports and the conditions under which he received a Russian gramadztva.

In the message the lawyer stated that he had heard of the drug Deputy.
Interlocutor of the lawyer added that he had spoken to Onishchenko, about his plans, in particular, “to implement the impeachment.” He also advised Tsygankov not to go to Moscow.
The head of the Main investigation Department of security service of Ukraine Grigory ostafiychuk during a briefing said that sees in actions of Alexander Onishchenko, the signs of high treason. According to the security officer, security service of Ukraine conducts pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings under article 111 (high treason) of the criminal code.
“The recent statements Onishchenko testify about illegal encroachments and informational, to the detriment of the sovereignty of the state,” said ostafichuk.
Recall, December 1, during the briefing, rukovoditel of the Main investigation Department of security service of Ukraine Grigory ostafiychuk said that the scandalous people’s Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko received Russian citizenship and helps the Kremlin to conduct destabilizing activities against Ukraine.
Security officials said that in exchange for a Russian passport odious politician agreed to cooperate with the Russian Federation to destabilize the situation in Ukraine in order to evade criminal liability.
Onishchenko suspect in the organization of schemes of embezzlement of funds during the extraction and sale of natural gas in the framework of agreements on joint activities with JSC “Ukrgasdobycha”, which was caused to the state damage for the sum about 3 billion UAH. On 5 July, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine gave consent to bringing him to justice, detention and arrest. However, on the eve of the vote, taking advantage of the status of MP, Onishchenko left the territory of the state.
On 27 July the Prosecutor General of Ukraine signed the message on suspicion to the people’s Deputy. August 8th was declared a national red alert. He was in London. A few days later he wrote in his Facebook that for the British jurisdiction in the GPU there is little justification for his extradition to Ukraine. Meanwhile, the people’s Deputy-the fugitive arrested property at 700 million hryvnia.

Andrey Tsygankov left Ukraine almost immediately after the escape of his client and after a search of his office staff NABOO. Tsygankov met today with a dozen employees of the SBU and immediately took to talk to the detention facility. The questioning continues for the sixth hour.
