Direct settlement in test mode will operate for two years
From today, 1 December, changed the rules of payments on MTPL insurance.
Victims will be able to apply for reimbursement not in the insurance company of the culprit, as it was before, and to your insurer. The driver first chooses a company that, if anything, and will reimburse him for the damage. This is stated in the plot program “snidanok z “1+1”.
Direct settlement in test mode will operate for two years. To work in this manner agreed, only 16 insurance companies with 323, which operate in Ukraine.

The possibility of direct settlement will benefit only those who will adhere to the following conditions:
First: parties to the accident must be no less and no more than two.
Second, the insurers of both parties to the accident must be among the 16 companies participating in the project.
Third, the accident must be formatted according to the rules, that is, with the participation of the police or by europrotocol.
Fourth: the principle of direct settlement will apply only to compensation for property.
Fifth: the amount of damage should not exceed 100 thousand hryvnias.
