The money he got for the decision in favor of a third party in the case of the Ministry of environment against one of the enterprises, which allowed to work with hazardous waste. The government insisted on the abolition of this possibility, and the judge took the money from entrepreneurs who wanted to leave in force the decision of the court of first instance.

Now investigators are examining his Declaration, which he has more than 2 million in cash and the purchase of valuable real estate on figureheads in Kiev. The court will consider the petition for custody on Saturday, still the judge is in jail. He faces up to 10 years behind bars.
