“On 4-5 December, the Secretary of state will be in Berlin to meet with Minister of foreign Affairs of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier, to discuss cooperation on a range of regional and global issues, including the future of NATO, Ministerial meeting of the OSCE, as well as Syria and Ukraine,” – said Kirby.

The Secretary of state will travel to Brussels, where on December 6-7, will join the meeting of foreign Ministers of NATO to discuss further efforts to strengthen security, stability, allies in the East (on the border with Russia – ed.) and in the South, and with the aim of strengthening cooperation between NATO and the EU.

In Brussels it is also John Kerry talks with EU high representative for foreign Affairs and security policy Federko Modern. It is expected that it will be about the cooperation between the US and the EU “on a number of global issues.”

On December 7-8, Secretary Kerry will be in Hamburg, Germany. There will be a meeting of the OSCE Council of Ministers with participation of heads of foreign Ministers of 57 States parties of the Organization.
