The order of appointment is signed by the Deputy Minister of justice.
23-year-old Anna Kalinchuk not is acting Director of the lustration Department at the Ministry of justice of Ukraine, as Deputy Minister and head of staff Anna Onishchenko strongly against such appointment.
About this Onishchenko wrote on his page in Facebook.
“Anna Kalinchuk will not perform the duties of the Director of the Department, because I am categorically against the appointment of the person in respect of which any such negative reaction. But in a Department with enough professional experts that can temporarily, until the end of the competition, appoint the acting Director,” noted the Deputy Minister.

Anna Onishchenko says that the work of the Department of questions of lustration is not locked. Since December 1 the issue of lustration is coordinated by the Deputy Minister of justice Sergei Petukhov. According to the leader of the apparatus, the cocks were already signed outgoing correspondence of the Department of lustration.
The best candidate for the position of head of the Department for lustration will be determined during the competition, said Onishchenko.
Anna Kalinchuk in the comments UE assured that her appointment was agreed an open procedure.
“Held a meeting of the entire Department, voted, I expressed support for the greatest number of individuals and with this initiative we appealed to the Minister of justice Pavlo Petrenko, as the first person of the Ministry. And he actually supported my candidacy. What, exactly, he announced to the entire country of my temporary appointment of acting” said Kalinchuk.
According to her, the order on appointment – this is a technical procedure, and familiarity with him is the legal aspect.
“In the situation, the order is not signed by the Deputy Minister-chief of staff Anna Onishchenko that unmotivated evading its authority,” she added.
The Minister of justice Pavel Petrenko, who announced the appointment Kalinchuk. is now in Panama for the anti-corruption forum. Therefore, according to Anna Kalinchuk, the issue of the interim head of the Department for lustration remains open.
