The court decision was made in respect of violations of Antimonopoly legislation of Ukraine.
Russian “Gazprom” continues to consider various possibilities of legal protection in Ukraine after the decision of the Economic court of Kyiv for the recovery of fines and penalties in excess of 171 billion.
Gazprom is examining various options for further legal protection of their violated rights and legitimate interests”, the company reports “RBC”.

Recall Segodnya, 5 Dec 2016 the Economic court of Kyiv has decided to collect from Russian Gazprom, fine and penalty in excess of 171 billion.
It is noted that this decision was taken in the case on the suit of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and Gazprom on termination of violations of Antimonopoly legislation of Ukraine.
