“To complete the online form, users can quite easily: you need the menu to choose what it regards handling: passenger, commuter service, or anticorruption. The applicant must provide the name, email address, message subject and formulate its contents. To be able to detail to consider an appeal, the content of the message should be specific, indicating the date, place, numbers of trains, cars, messages, and other details. This will enable the railroad to thoroughly analyze the situation and promptly respond to negative cases”, – stated in the message of “Ukrzaliznytsia”.
