The firing of the soldiers will occur during the year.
Now the military can retire at will in case of the expiry of the term of their contracts.
For a decision voted 239 of 356 MPs registered in the session hall.
As stated in the law, the right to a dismissal from military service is granted to those who pass military service under the contract, which was extended over the set time period before the announcement of demobilization, and who have served at least 18 months from the date of renewal of the contract.
Besides to quit will be able to contractors who signed a contract until the end of the special period or until the Declaration of discharge and have served at least 24 months.
According to the law, the dismissal of military at will be implemented by the leadership of the military forces not later than one year from the date of entry into force of this law.
As such, the military may want to continue the service under the new contract.
We will remind, earlier the Minister of defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak said that for the first 9 months of 2016 on contract service in the Armed forces of Ukraine entered the 57 thousand people.
“This year we do very seriously moved forward. For today, this year alone, almost 9 months, we called more than 57 thousand men and women in the service contract. In a month we call from 5 to 7 thousand”, – said the head of the MOU.
