Earlier, Onishchenko told the Western media about the bribery of deputies on order of the presidential Administration.
National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine checks published by the people’s Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko (“the will of the people”) information regarding bribery of MPs.
It is reported by Interfax.
However, the NEB does not make the information in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations.
“In order to enter data in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations, they must meet certain requirements prescribed in article 84 to 90 of the Criminal procedural code of Ukraine. Everything must be proven,” – said the press service of NABOO.
