During a meeting of the Council of foreign Ministers of the OSCE in Hamburg hosted a meeting of Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin with OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Jannaram.

“The parties discussed the possibilities of strengthening the security component of the Special OSCE monitoring mission in Ukraine to ensure effective monitoring and verification of implementation of the Minsk agreements”, – stated in the message.
Klimkin stressed the need to ensure permanent monitoring of SMM on line breeding and the presence of observers Mission in the uncontrolled section of the Ukrainian-Russian state border in certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
Also discussed the importance of monitoring by the OSCE and its independent institutions in the temporarily occupied Crimea, given the gross violations of human rights in anacoana Peninsula.

Recall that Klimkin assured that a new meeting of Ministers in the “Normandy format” has not yet been scheduled.
“While there is no agreement about a new meeting of foreign Ministers”, – said Klimkin. According to him, the problem is not in the organization and to its articles, since the previous meeting in Minsk, no result is given.
