The Deputy may declare an international arrest warrant after the January 23-26.
Interpol will decide on ads or no ads the people’s Deputy Oleksandr Onishchenko wanted no earlier from 23 to 26 January 2017.
This was announced by the speaker of the national police Yaroslav was Trakalo, referring to the response from the Secretary General of Interpol, reports “Ukrainian truth”.
“We received the answer of the Secretary-General of Interpol that case Onischenko is scheduled for consideration at the next session of the Commission for control over files Interpol”, – he said.
He added that Onishchenko has complained that his investigation is politically motivated.
“In such cases, the case is passed to the control Commission for the files of Interpol, namely the decision is postponed until that time. Thus, the decision will be made at the meeting from 23 to 26 January,” he said Trakalo.
A police spokesman noted that the statement of lawyers Onishchenko, refusal to declare him wanted not true, because no answer of the Commission is still not there.

In October the National anti-corruption Bureau said that Interpol within 30 days decide whether to declare an international arrest warrant Onishchenko.
Earlier, NAB reported that Interpol may declare on the international wanted list Onishchenko is not until October.
