One square meter of housing without heat meter will have to pay about 23 hryvnia.
Kiev residents whose houses are heated centrally by the company “Kyivenergo” and that do not have heat meters will have to pay for each square meter of the apartment approximately 23 UAH. Savings after conversion of the new system amounted to UAH 12, that is, the price cut in half.
This was announced by commercial Director of “Kyivenergo” Eugene Bushma, the press service of the company.
Also Kievans promise to the count rates for October, which were calculated under the old methodology.
“The amount of the conversion for each individual home and depends on the number of days of service in October. The connection of housing in the capital this year began on 12 October and lasted 10 days. At home under the management of condominiums and housing cooperatives would be added to the district heating system applications. Therefore, the number of days availability of heating in Metropolitan homes is different. Bills for heating this month will start to arrive to Kiev after December 15. To pay your invoice before the end of the calendar month”, – stated in the message.
Recall that in Ukraine dramatically changed the system of charging for heat in homes without meters. Now do not take into account the average monthly temperature in the street, as was the case previously, and take into account the average heat consumption in homes in the city where the meters are installed. At the same time, there are exceptions. The new rule applies only to those settlements, where heat meters equipped with more than 50% of the housing stock.
