According to media reports, the EU is ready to agree to all conditions of the Netherlands, which otherwise threaten to opt out of ratification. In particular, the EU should state that the Association agreement with Ukraine does not mean additional obligations or security of a financial nature, the agreement will provide the Ukrainians the right “freely to live and work” in the EU, and does not mean the future membership of Ukraine in Alliance.
