Russian Communists want Putin to recognize the fake referendum “DNR” and “LNR”

In the state Duma want to create a parliamentary working group for “a more thorough analysis of the situation in Donbass”.
The Communist party of the Russian Federation propose to address to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin with the request to recognize the “outcome” of pseudo-referendums, which were held by the militants “LNR” and “DNR” in the occupied Donbass.

The representative of the party Kazbek Taysaev urged the state Duma “in the event of default provisions of the Minsk agreements” within half a year to make “a statement in connection with the catastrophic situation in the Donetsk and Lugansk national republics, and to prepare a proposal to the President of the Russian Federation about recognition of the results of national referendums in the “LNR” and “DNR”.
Earlier, the Ukrainian intelligence service has discovered that the militants who are operating in the Donbas, used brutal torture to the Ukrainian military, forced to move to their side. So, terrorists carried out the amputation of limbs, suffocation by blocking the airway with water or with a gas mask, electric shocks, infliction of burns, chemical acids, irons, coercion under threat of death for the killing of other prisoners (“recruitment on the blood”), beatings with rubber truncheons, metal bars, rifle butts of automatic weapons, leaving without food for several days, accommodation in a standing position in the pits.
