The ratings were not all Ministers.
Summing up in 2016, the magazine “Focus” has traditionally published a list of the most influential Ukrainians.
It should be noted that the ranking has significantly diminished cultural workers, volunteers and activists.
But the list includes representatives of all the key power structures of the country, businessmen and politicians, in particular, practically all the new Cabinet.
