The militants attacked the ATO forces on the arc Svetlodarsk near the occupied Debaltsevo.
In the area of ATO in the Donbas on the arc Svetlodarsk near the occupied Debaltsevo, and about six in the morning Sunday, December 18, began a massive battle. According to TSN.Tyzhdenon the front line killed five Ukrainian soldiers. There are wounded. They are delivered in military hospital.

“Since 5:50, in the area of Svetlodarsk arc, after a long fire training with the use of heavy artillery and mortars, the Russian occupation mercenaries tried to dislodge our advanced units from their positions. For this, the enemy considerable force attempted a workaround of our strong points. However, his intentions were unmasked in time, the battle began, during which the intentions of the invaders was broken. During a two-hour battle, our units are skilful actions defeated the militants. According to confirmed intelligence, enemy losses were about 20 people killed and 30 wounded. Unfortunately, we suffered losses. Five soldiers were killed and six were wounded – four soldiers were lightly wounded and two of moderate severity. All victim renders medical aid.
